I had a Japanese tea ceremony class last Suday. Our master had prepared Japanese traditional sweets and it was ZUNDA MOCHI.
ZUNDA MOCHI is famous sweets from Sendai, MIyagi pref. Green beans paste inside.
I had served Matcha green tea by HAGI Yamaguchi pref. pottery.
We have learned Japanese tea ceremony preparation style which called KAZARIMONO.
That was featuring beauty of tools such as water jug and tea container.
Sharing story of tools to group of members was fun experience too.
